Multiple fillings can be chosen, or the addition of fresh fruit can be added. For example, Vanilla Chiffon with Lemon Curd and Fresh Raspberries is one of my best sellers.
All of the buttercream listed are Italian Meringue buttercream which tastes lighter and slightly less sweet compared to the traditional American buttercream. If you do want American buttercream, please specify in the customization of your order.

I use Royal Icing to decorate the cookies, the icing is flavored with pure vanilla extract.

Macaron shells will be flavored with vanilla if you want any painting or customization done to them. Otherwise, chocolate flavors will have cocoa powder and pistachio will have pistachio flour incorporated in the shell.

Please be aware that any orders will have been baked a kitchen that uses nuts, flour, dairy, soy, corn and egg products. I do my very best to not cross contaminate but I will need a heads up if there are any allergies I need to be aware of.
